For all events, we require a deposit of $250 to book and secure your event date. The deposit is fully-refundable up until 60 days prior to the event date. The deposit is no longer refundable when the date is less than 60 days out.
The deposit amount will be applied towards the total amount due. The total amount is due 60 days prior to the event date. When booking less than 60 days out, full payment is due at time of booking.
We accept check and credit card payments.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If your date is MORE than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund or you may apply your payment to another date, if we have the date available.
If your date is LESS than 60 days away, your $250 deposit serves as a cancellation fee and you will be refunded any remaining balance thereafter. However, if you call and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to the event date, you may apply the deposit to an alternate date, if we have the date available, up to 6 months from the original event date. This must be decided at time of cancellation and is no longer valid thereafter.
If for some reason we cannot perform due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then we will refund the deposit fee and remaining balance, with no further liability.
Our photo booths only require a standard power outlet. We just need to be within 50-feet of the power outlet. If you think we will be further than 50-feet from a power outlet, please discuss with us. If you need to rent a generator, let us know, you can book that through us, too!
Some packages include on-site printing (4×6 -or- 5×7 color prints available) or instant emailed photos (strong wifi connection required) for your guests. Your guests can also access their photos on our Facebook page approximately 2-3 days after the event, as well as purchase reprints, enlargements and photo merch in our web gallery. Approximately 7-10 days after the event we will provide you with a digital copy of all the high res photos (via digital download link or mail you a USB drive).
Please note: Take It Your Selfie packages do not include prints of any kind.
Yes! We can practically create and customize any part of your photo booth experience! Whether it’s a step & repeat backdrop (red carpet style backdrop with a repeated logo), or a custom backdrop to match the theme of your event, we can create and print almost anything you can imagine! Additional fees may apply. Call for details.
Yes! Our in-house designers will create a custom artwork banner (which will appear across the bottom of each photo) featuring your logo and event details, at no additional charge. Or, we can send you a template for your designer to customize.
No. All our photo booth concepts are open air (or tented) and almost all feature a professional photographer who will interact with and pose your guests to capture the best pictures of them! Your guests will feel like they had their very own photo shoot experience!
Yes! Customization is why most of our clients select us and keep returning! We have a ton of great in-house backdrops and props to choose from, but if you want a truly custom experience, we can even build custom packages for clients with particular tastes. YES! From young kids to seniors, and everyone in between, Say Cheese Texas photo booths are the hit of every party! However, please let us the age demographic of the event you’re hosting so we can customize optimize your photo booth experience.
Unlike a photo booth machine, our photo booths can accommodate large groups. Depending on which booth you book, we can usually shoot groups as large as 25, however we typically recommend up to 6-8 people per photo for best results.
The answer usually depends upon several factors: expected number of guests, length of time, and if there are any presentations or other entertainers planned for the event. Typically we recommend 100 prints per hour for standard printing coverage. However, if you think you might have a larger, more active group, we would strongly suggest one of our UNLIMITED PRINT PACKAGES so that you don’t have to worry about running out of prints.
